1Stop Contractors / Brian Gomes advised on and managed extensive renovations for my rental property inside and out. The work covered everything from structural steel repairs in the garage, to tiling, painting (inside and out), roof cleaning, new curtains and railings, a new kitchen, new bathroom vanities, and so on.

I found Brian extremely helpful and easy to deal with – with him managing all of the sub-contractors and obtaining external expertise where needed (e.g. engineering). The work was completed within time and budget with a few ‘extras’ which arose quickly identified, quoted for, and addressed within the overall timeframe.

I received regular progress reports with photos which was great. He has also guaranteed the work – something I was keen on given issues with previous contractors. I have no hesitation recommending Brian and his team.

During the last couple of months I have been renovating my house . I am very lucky to have had 1 Stop Contractors to be my contractor and they have done a variety of jobs so well and efficiently even though I wasn’t present in person as was overseas. They sanded my whole Cedar Timber house, re painted it, fixed my deck and a few minor repairs.

3 to 4 weeks after the House Paint job was completed, I called 1 Stop and asked them to please fix a nasty water leak on the second level of my house. They repaired the leaky roof, installed new spouting and downpipes, removed water damaged Gib on levels 1 and 2, waterproofed the walls, re Gibbed, plaster and paint.

Brian is very professional, experienced, and very detailed. He did a site assessment and sent me detailed plan, quote and solution. Their workmanship and quality is excellent and their price was great which made this renovation job more enjoyable and surprising for me. Thanks a lot for Brain. I will definitely be using 1 Stop next time.
